What you can claim#

If you areWhat that means
A holderYou can hold, send, swap and stake USDh. You can’t redeem with the issuer directly. You leave by swapping, or through an approved route, such as an aggregator the issuer has approved, which redeems 1 USDh for 1 AUSD.
An sUSDh holderYour sUSDh is a claim on the USDh in the staking contract. Rewards are not owed by anyone.
A Mint UserA business that has passed the issuer’s checks and accepted the Mint User Agreement. It can mint and redeem USDh with the issuer 1:1.

For everyone: the reserves are not held in trust, nobody has a direct claim on them, and USDh is not a bank deposit.
